Jag arbetar med AI, automation, geodata och digitalisering där tekniken måste fungera i riktig verksamhet, inte bara i en demo. Min roll är ofta att översätta mellan människor, system, regler och beslut.
Bredden är medveten. Offentliga och reglerade problem är sällan rena. Ett ärende är sällan bara juridik. En karta är sällan bara geodata. AI är sällan användbart fristående. Det är när delarna kopplas ihop som något börjar röra sig.
Riktningarna är enkla: GovTech, geodata, AI och automation, samt kommunikation när det svåra behöver förklaras utanför projektgruppen.
I work with AI, automation, geodata and digitalization where technology has to function in real operations, not just in a demo. My role is often translating between people, systems, rules and decisions.
The breadth is deliberate. Public and regulated problems are rarely clean. A case is rarely just law. A map is rarely just geodata. AI is rarely useful in isolation. Things move when the parts connect.
The directions are simple: GovTech, geodata, AI and automation, plus communication when the difficult thing needs to be explained outside the project group.

AI, geodata, juridik, verksamhet och kommunikation möts ofta i samma problem. Det är där arbetet blir intressant. AI, geodata, law, operations and communication often meet in the same problem. That is where the work becomes interesting.
Praktiskt före principielltPractical before theoretical
Det räcker inte att ha rätt idé. Den måste gå att testa, förklara, förvalta och fatta beslut på. The right idea is not enough. It has to be testable, explainable, maintainable and useful for decisions.
